Diminutive Destroyer of Benchmarks.
The X-Cube is a thing of wonder. A no-compromise, fully-featured high performance PC in a box about the size of a shoebox. All the power of our larger, award-winning desktops, the X-Cube still retains the ability to utilize powerful quad-core CPUs and multiple graphics configurations. All the while being cool and quiet.
Instead of proprietary, expensive, and hard to replace components, the X-Cube utilizes full-sized hard drives (with SSD options), optical drives, and industry standard micro-ATX motherboards.
Cool, quiet, and very cool.
Unique ventilation draws in air from the sides and is exhausted through the graphics card, power supply, and a top-mounted fan - keep your system 100% even during intense computational activities.
And all the connectivity.
Hidden behind a front panel is access to USB, Firewire, and Audio jacks, keeping the clean lines of the X-Cube while allowing you access when you need it.

100% Bloatware free.
Large, multi-national computer manufacturers have commoditized the PC market by subsidizing their products with the installation of intrusive, third party software. They are paid to do this. This software bogs down your system and prevents it from running at its highest potential. It also has the tendency to make your system unstable or may conflict with software you wish to install. A MAINGEAR Everyday Supercomputer eschews these tactics as we believe that YOU are the customer, not a third party software provider. We build purebred PCs designed for performance and reliability, not billboards better suited to advertising.

Hey, How'd You Fit That In There?
Sick of anemic graphics as a result of compromises in design? Smaller usually means cutting out one of the most components in a modern PC - and something that is the crux of a personal supercomputer; the graphics card. With the X-Cube the graphics card had a place of glory. Able to utilize the largest that AMD and NVIDIA have to offer, the X-Cube even features the ability to run two graphics cards in SLI and CrossFire for even better 3D performance.
Small In Stature, Tall In Power.
All the latest quad-core processing power from AMD and Intel pump at the heart of this diminutive powerhouse. A wide range of technology is yours to choose from. Intel Core i5 and i7 processors. AMD Athlon II X4 and Phenom II X4 processors. The choice is yours.

We count processors by the hundreds.
Your GPU is a crucial part to everyday supercomputing. Featuring hundreds of parallel processors, the GPU shares the stage with the CPU in today's ever-evolving state of technology. No longer do you need a powerful graphics card just for playing games - greatly enhance your day to day computing by accelerating video editing, photo editing, transcoding video to your personal media player, and enjoying high definition multimedia.
Your Hard Drive. Silent. And Wicked Fast.
SSDs - solid state drives - the latest advancement in hard drive technology. Your PC is only as fast as its slowest component - and with SSDs you're no longer facing an HDD bottleneck. With no moving parts, SSDs are a densely packed collection of memory modules, with capacity into the hundreds of gigabytes. Absolutely silent. They run cool, and last long. And you can put 12 of them in the Shift. No kidding.
Industrial Strength Power Plants.
With 80+ certified efficient power supplies and modular design, you can be sure that your high performance components are getting plenty of clean power. Modular design makes replacing a failed unit a breeze - without the need to undo the meticulous wiring job that gives the SHIFT a clean look and allows for greater airflow. MAINGEAR proudly features Silverstone power supplies up to 1.2KW (for those of you keeping score at home, you'll still need to go 88 miles per hour to go Back To The Future.)

Improved Desktop. New taskbar previews, bigger icons, icon pinning, and creative ways to personalize.
Overwhelmed by open windows? Windows 7 comes with three simple yet powerful new features called Aero Shake, Aero Peek, and Snap to help you instantly clear through your desktop clutter.
Picture of Aero PeekPeek-a-boo: Aero Peek turns open windows translucent so you can see what's on your desktop. Ever need to cut through a cluttered desktop and quickly focus on a single window? Just click a pane and give your mouse a shake. Voila! Every open window except that one instantly disappears. Jiggle again—and your windows are back. (Who says the old mouse can’t learn a new trick?) Snap is a quick (and fun) new way to resize open windows, simply by dragging them to the edges of your screen. Depending on where you drag a window, you can make it expand vertically, take up the entire screen, or appear side-by-side with another window. Snap makes reading, organizing, and comparing windows a...well, you get the picture.

Retooled Taskbar.
Since Windows 95, the taskbar has served as the go-to spot for launching programs and switching windows. Times and PC habits have changed. So in Windows 7, the taskbar has been completely redigned to help you work smarter, cut clutter, and get more done. Picture of the Taskbar Improvements to the new Windows 7 taskbar include thumbnail previews of webpages, documents—even running video.

Homegroup.
HomeGroup takes the headache out of sharing files and printers on a home network. Connect two or more PCs running Windows 7, and HomeGroup makes it easy to automatically start sharing your music, pictures, video, and document libraries with others in your home. The new “Share with” menu, meanwhile, provides a speedy way to share individual files. Concerned about privacy? So are we. That’s why HomeGroup is password-protected and puts you in total control. You decide what gets shared—and what stays private. You can also make your files "read only," so other people can look at (but not touch) your stuff.
Jump Lists.
Jump Lists—new in Windows 7—take you right to the documents, pictures, songs, or websites you turn to each day. To open a Jump List, just right-click a program icon on the Windows 7 taskbar. (You'll also find them on the Start menu.) What you see in a Jump List depends entirely on the program. The Jump List for Internet Explorer 8 shows frequently-viewed websites. Windows Media Player 12 lists commonly-played tunes. Your Jump List missing a favorite? You can "pin" whatever files you like there. Jump Lists don't just show shortcuts to files. Sometimes they also provide quick access to commands for things like composing new e-mail messages or playing music.
Improved Gadgets.
Gadgets, the popular min-programs introduced in Windows Vista, are no more flexible and fun. Based on your feedback, Microsoft's done away with the Sidebar, so you can stick your gadgets anywhere on the desktop.

Your Media Your Way.
Watch, pause, and record live TV. Listen to your tunes. Show off your photo collection. Enjoy online entertainment. And do it all from your living-room couch. Is it any wonder critics call Media Center the hidden gem of Windows?
In Windows 7, Microsoft's made it even better—adding great new features (many suggested by you) and visual touch-ups. Windows Media Center is available in the Home Premium, Professional, and Ultimate editions of Windows 7.
More Watching...
Windows Media Center supports more global TV standards and tuners, including digital and HD. It also now plays more popular audio and video formats—including 3GP, AAC, AVCHD, DivX, MOV, and Xvid.
...Less Waiting
Tired of trudging through TV listings or a massive music library? Zip to songs and shows more quickly using the new Turbo Scroll feature.
Stuning New Slideshows.
Make elegant photo collages (with background music) using the new slide show maker—perfect for parties or family get-togethers. And check out the updated slide show screen saver—its stunning visuals defy words.
Easier Media Sharing.
Enjoy recorded TV shows, music, video—even when it's not stored on your PC. The new HomeGroup feature makes media available to any PC with Windows 7 in the house.
New gadget, bigger previews.
A new Media Center gadget. Quick video skimming. More song and show details. Bigger, easier-to-see preview thumbnails. The improvements go on and on.

Windows Live Essentials.
What is Windows Live Essentials? Simply put, it's free software that makes a PC running Windows 7 do more great things. Things like e-mail, instant messaging, photo editing, and blogging.
Windows Live Essentials is available from the Windows Live website. The free download includes:
Writer
Compose your blog, add photos and video, then post it on the web.
Messenger
Chat instantly with friends and family on your PC or mobile phone.
Photo Gallery
Find, fix, and share your photos.
Mail
Manage multiple e-mail accounts (like Hotmail) in one place.
Movie Maker
Turn your photos and videos into great‑looking movies and slide shows.
Family Safety
Manage and monitor online activities so your kids stay safe.
Toolbar.
Search instantly from any webpage.
Finely Tuned Hot Rod.
Key performance improvements include:
Sleep
Windows 7 is designed to sleep, resume, and reconnect to your wireless network more quickly.
Search
When hunting for something, you want answers, not delays. In Windows 7, search results pop up faster. Sorting and grouping of search results is also significantly quicker.
USB Devices
When you plug in a portable flash drive or other USB device for the first time, Windows 7 can have it ready for you in seconds. If you've used it before, the wait's even shorter.
Leaner and Less Busy
Unlike its predecessors, Windows 7 is designed to run speed-sapping background services only when you need them. Not using a Bluetooth device? Then the Bluetooth service in Windows 7 stays off. Windows 7 is also less memory hungry than Windows Vista—another under-the-hood tune-up that can boost overall performance.

64-Bit Support
If you’ve gone PC shopping lately, you’ve probably noticed more computers with 64-bit processors, and you may have wondered what advantages they offer.
Put simply, a 64-bit PC can handle larger amounts of information than a 32-bit system. Since it can use more RAM—4 GB and up—a 64-bit computer can be more responsive when you're running lots of programs at once.
Which should you buy? If you tend to have a lot of programs open simultaneously or need to switch frequently between programs—or if you just want to be sure your PC can take advantage of the larger amounts of memory available today—64-bit is a great choice. Applications coded specifically to take advantage of today's 64-bit processors can significantly enhance performance, with noticeable improvements in processor-intensive tasks like video encoding.

Angelic Service.
How many times have you had a problem with a computer? While we've solved the vast majority of the issues with PCs, hardware, and software over the years, there are still a few speed bumps along the way. Until we figure out how to build a perpetual motion machine, consumer electronics will have a shelf life. And let's face it, when the chips are down, and you are without a system, you can feel helpless. And that's where a company like ours gets a chance to shine. It's where we show you how much we appreciate you as a customer and stand behind the quality product we have designed. There's a basic tenet of project management we adhere to: design quality in so you don't have to inspect it later. That means all of our products are well thought out, well researched, well tested, and leave our facilities with confidence - as if we built it for ourselves or for our family.

These are the promises we make to you.
1. You will never speak to anyone that works on commission. And those who you do speak to about a purchase will have built systems for us, or will be current technicians, engineers, and support personnel. You'll never get better advice than from these employees.
2. You will never be oversold. If we think you may be spending more money than you should for your needs, we'll advise you of ways to save money. Conversely, if we think you may not have configured a PC for the performance you're looking for, we'll let you know about that, too. But we'll never pressure you.
3. For the first 30 days of ownership, we will pay 2-way shipping of your system should a problem arise.
4. You will never have to pay for phone support or labor for the lifetime of the system. There are actually companies that make you pay for this after 90 days.
5. At our discretion, we'll engage a 3rd party service to provide on-site service at no additional cost.
6. We'll always replace any failed components in your PC with something that is at least equal in performance and features if we are no longer able to acquire the original part.
7. At your request, we will employ our virtual on-site, hardware-based remote diagnostic technology to fix any quirky software issues you may have. And we'll record it if you wish to reference it later, or to ensure your privacy concerns.
This perfect blend of pre- and post-sales support and service make up Angelic Service. It's the foundation of our success and the key to our future growth. We feel it's important to make this information front and center.
