ORDER PROCESSING
Each order is carefully reviewed and typically processed within one business day. Orders that include alternate shipping addresses or require additional verification may need extra time to ensure accuracy and security. Confirmation will be provided by email once your order has been processed.
ORDER UPDATES
Pre-configured systems, outlet store purchases, peripherals, and accessories are accompanied by an order confirmation, followed by shipment tracking information once your order is prepared for departure.
Custom configured systems receive curated production updates as they progress through assembly, testing, and final quality assurance, offering full transparency from build to delivery.
LEAD TIMES
We strive to provide accurate lead time estimates for every order. Production timelines may vary based on demand, seasonality, and component availability.
Please note that selecting an express delivery option does not shorten production time.
While we make every effort to meet projected timelines, expedited production or order discounts are not available in the event of delays.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available at our Warren, New Jersey facility. Simply select Local Pickup at checkout.
Orders may be collected Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time. A valid government issued photo ID is required upon arrival.
Facility tours are available upon request for visitors who wish to experience our production environment firsthand.
All orders retrieved at our facility are subject to applicable New Jersey state sales tax.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We partner with FedEx for the majority of domestic shipments. Orders that qualify for complimentary shipping and are delivered to residential addresses are typically shipped via FedEx Home Delivery, which offers seven day delivery service. Business addresses generally ship via FedEx Ground to support weekday delivery schedules. Expedited delivery options are available at checkout.
Complimentary shipping is available within the contiguous United States.
Select systems require palletized freight service. Freight carriers vary by region and shipment requirements. These deliveries are scheduled in advance, and the carrier will contact you directly to coordinate a delivery window. Freight shipments are not eligible for expedited delivery and are typically scheduled on weekdays.
Freight shipments are not eligible for complimentary shipping, however, MAINGEAR provides subsidized rates to help minimize delivery costs.

ADDRESS CHANGES
For security purposes, shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is submitted. In certain circumstances, delivery may be redirected to a nearby FedEx Office location for in-person collection.
If you anticipate the need for an address change, we encourage you to contact us promptly. Any address modifications must be made prior to your order leaving our facility.
MISSED DELIVERIES AND RE-ROUTES
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will typically make an additional attempt on the next service day. After two to three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipment may be held at a nearby FedEx Office location for up to seven days or returned to our facility.
Should a shipment be returned to MAINGEAR, re-delivery will require payment of applicable shipping charges.
ALASKA/HAWAII SHIPPING
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require paid service, with rates and methods determined by your system and location. While options may be available at checkout, some orders, particularly those requiring specialized handling, may require a revised shipping quote after purchase.
APO/FPO/AE ADDRESSES
Select systems may be shipped to APO, FPO, and AE addresses for a flat rate of $199. Size and weight limitations apply. We encourage customers to contact us prior to placing an order to confirm eligibility.
Systems equipped with Apex liquid cooling, as well as configurations requiring freight transport, are not eligible for shipment to APO, FPO, or AE addresses.
PO BOXES AND FREIGHT FORWARDERS
We are unable to ship to PO boxes or freight forwarding facilities, including third-party package handlers. Orders submitted with these address types will be canceled and promptly refunded to the original method of payment.
MAILROOM DELIVERIES
If your system is delivered to a mailroom or similar receiving facility, including those located within residential buildings, campuses, or corporate offices, delivery is considered complete once a signature has been obtained. MAINGEAR cannot assume responsibility for the shipment after it has been accepted by the receiving party.
For added peace of mind, you may elect to have your system delivered to a nearby FedEx Office location, where it will be securely held for pickup. Our team is available to assist with this option, but it must be coordinated prior to your order leaving our facility.
SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT
To safeguard your system and ensure secure delivery, an adult signature is required upon arrival. This requirement cannot be waived.
If you anticipate difficulty being available at the time of delivery, we encourage you to contact us promptly to review alternative arrangements. Options may include appointment based delivery services, where available, or secure pickup at a nearby FedEx Office location. Additional carrier fees may apply.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
CANADA
Customers in Canada may place orders directly through MAINGEAR.com. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are not included in the listed shipping cost and are assessed by Customs upon import. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
For greater clarity regarding anticipated import costs, we recommend consulting a customs broker in your region, or connecting with a MAINGEAR specialist prior to placing your order.
For business deliveries, the carrier may request your Canadian Business Number and additional documentation to facilitate import clearance.
EUROPEAN UNION
Shipping to the European Union is currently unavailable. We are actively exploring solutions to expand service to the region in the near future.
OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
International shipping availability varies by region. We invite you to consult with a MAINGEAR specialist to review eligibility and receive a tailored shipping estimate.
First time international customers may be required to complete payment via wire transfer prior to order processing.
EXCLUSIONS
At this time, MAINGEAR is unable to ship to certain countries and regions due to regulatory and carrier restrictions. These include Mexico, Russia, Cuba, Iran, China, Hong Kong, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea region, Somalia, Sudan, Sierra Leone, Myanmar, Libya, Venezuela, and Tajikistan.
